Simple Ways to Explain Chi Kung

Chi is energy. We use it everyday without our knowledge. You might call it life force, we are born within it. The things we eat, the air we breathe, that’s the energy we use everyday and the life force circulates in our body to keep us alive. You might say energy circulation equals blood circulation. Usually the blood circulation pushes the energy which makes the energy circulates in our body. But when you practice Chi-Kung you use energy to push your blood circulation around. So the stronger the energy flow is, the stronger the blood flow and thus the stronger the blood circulation, making your heart working harder. The heart is a muscle. A stronger heart makes us stronger and healthier. That’s it. It’s simple. This is what we call internal exercise.
