Kung-Fu Self healing and self protection

In history, people who practice Chi Kung are healthier, stronger and live longer. Some can even predict their own death which they know when their own life force runs out. That’s one of the story we have been told for the internal healing. You can increase your Chi (Energy) to a point where you can control it (Chi) for internal self healing by sending the energy to where it is needed to repair the damage or malfunctioning organs. Also, once your internal energy is strong, your internal pressure will increase and will become greater than the pressure from outside. This way it will protect you from an external impact. For now, I can personally achieve the Chi (energy) only to protect my stomach and forearm.
