If you are sick, you will heal. If you are already healthy, you will attain new heights. One will never grasp how such a simple breathing exercise can give one so much health and energy.

The most important in your life is breathing. It doesn’t matter whether you are singing, reading, playing video games, listening to music, or just walking. If you breathe well, you will be well; it’s that simple.” The practice of Chi Kung has been part of Chinese culture for thousands of years.

Chi Kung was so simple in the old days that people simply didn’t treasure it. And so, with the years, this wholesome exercise has changes and became complicated and mysterious. This was done because most people believed that anything of value must be hard to achieve.
